Refund Policy

Free Plan

The Free plan is offered at no charge. No payment or refund applies.

Paid Plans (Pro and Teams)

Pro ($10/month) and Teams ($20/month) subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
  • Your data and alert configurations are preserved on the Free plan (subject to Free plan limits).

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at incidenthubbay@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the request.

Refunds after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be satisfied, so please reach out if you have concerns.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade between Pro and Teams at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the start of the next billing period.
